1Agreement

By using VERA™, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. VERA is operated by Media Minds AI Group ("we", "us"), a division of The QuantumX Project.

2What VERA is — and isn't

VERA is a public registry that aggregates AI-generated content about entities (brands, public figures, products, organizations) and cross-references it through our verification engine against authoritative public records. VERA is informational. It is not legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.

Trust scores, sentiment analyses, fact-check verdicts, and entity intelligence are derived from third-party AI systems and public sources, and may contain inaccuracies, fabrications, or contradictions. Use them as a starting point, not a final verdict.

3Your account

You may use VERA without an account for limited free lookups. Membership ($9.95/month) unlocks unlimited lookups, the Intelligence Brief, and full deep-dive sections. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

4Acceptable use

You agree NOT to: scrape the registry beyond rate limits, attempt to bypass paywalls or auth, submit knowingly false corrections, impersonate another entity when claiming a profile, or use VERA to harass, defame, or unlawfully target any person. Violation may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

5Member content & corrections

When you submit a Member Voice post, contribute editorial content, or file a correction, you grant VERA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, and display that content as part of the registry, in perpetuity. You retain ownership and may request takedown.

Corrections must be backed by verifiable sources. We reserve the right to reject corrections that lack sufficient evidence.

6Brand owners — claim & verify

If you are the authorized representative of an entity, you may claim its registry profile. Verification is performed via VeraGraph™. Verified entities receive a +30 trust score boost and the right to dispute AI-generated claims.

Claiming a profile fraudulently — i.e., representing yourself as authorized for an entity you do not represent — is a material breach of these Terms and may carry legal liability.

7Disclaimer of warranties

VERA is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or free of errors. We do not independently verify third-party AI outputs except via our published verification engine.

8Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Minds AI Group, The QuantumX Project, and our partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VERA — including but not limited to business losses, reputational harm, or decisions made based on registry content.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid VERA in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

9Membership & billing

Membership renews automatically every month or year (whichever interval you chose) until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your Brand Portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you keep access through the period you've paid for.

10Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal/regulatory reasons. On termination, your private data is purged per our Privacy Policy. Public registry contributions you made remain part of the record.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

12Changes

We may update these Terms as VERA evolves. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
